Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. Sells Non-Performing Loan Portfolio
On August 14, 2026, Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. announced the sale of its non-performing loans portfolio, including various types of loans and receivables. The bank transferred these assets in five separate deals, totaling TL 555 million. Gelecek Varlık Yönetimi A.Ş. acquired three portions of the portfolio for TL 79 million, TL 150 million, and TL 196 million, respectively. Additionally, Met-ay Varlık Yönetim A.Ş. purchased a portion for TL 90 million, and Dünya Varlık Yönetim A.Ş. obtained another for TL 40 million. The transactions reflect the bank’s efforts to manage and optimize its financial assets effectively.
