Turkiye Garanti Bankasi Completes Debt Redemption in MTN Program
Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. announced the redemption of a debt instrument issued under its Medium Term Note (MTN) program. The instrument, valued at USD 17.5 million, was issued abroad on January 21, 2025, and has now been successfully redeemed.
The bank confirms adherence to the principles of the Board’s Communiqué and assures that all information regarding the redemption aligns with its internal records. The Turkish version of their public disclosure will take precedence in case of discrepancies with the English version.
