Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. Receives CMB Approval for Bond Issuance
Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. has received approval from the Capital Markets Board (CMB) for issuing bonds to foreign markets under its Global Medium Term Notes (GMTN) program. This initiative, first announced on April 19, 2013, enables the bank to issue borrowing instruments in various currencies, series, and maturities.
The bank will issue bonds with the ISIN XS3451580818, starting on July 24, 2026, and maturing on August 2, 2029. The nominal amount of this issuance is EUR 10 million. This step aligns with the bank's strategy to diversify its funding sources.
