Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. Secures Approval for Foreign Bond Issuance
Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. has announced the approval from the Capital Markets Board (CMB) for issuing bonds in foreign markets. The approval is under their established Global Medium Term Notes (GMTN) program, which facilitates the issuance of borrowing instruments in varied currencies, series, and maturities.
The approved bonds are set to be issued in US dollars with the following details: two issuances each of USD 25 million with maturities on March 5, 2026, and September 1, 2025, and another issuance of USD 15 million maturing on September 3, 2025.
The bank ensures that the statements made are in full compliance with the Board's Communiqué, reflecting accurate information based on their records. In case of differences between the Turkish and English versions of the announcement, the Turkish version will be authoritative.
