Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. Secures CMB Approval for Bond Issuance
Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. has received approval from the Capital Markets Board (CMB) to issue bonds in foreign markets under its Global Medium Term Notes (GMTN) program. This program, initially announced on April 19, 2013, allows the bank to issue borrowing instruments in multiple currencies and maturities.
The bank has obtained issuance certificates for two bond series. The first bond, with ISIN XS3320026357, is valued at GBP 17.3 million and will mature on March 23, 2027. The second bond, with ISIN XS3320039095, is worth USD 20 million and will mature on April 21, 2027.
