Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. Sells Non-Performing Loan Portfolios

Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. announced the sale of several non-performing loan portfolios. These portfolios, comprising loans, credit card debts, and other unpaid receivables, were sold to two firms. The total principal and interest due as of December 24, 2025, amounted to TL 517.37 million. This was sold to Emir Varlık Yönetim A.Ş. for TL 59 million. Another portfolio, valued at TL 517.37 million as of December 25, 2025, was sold to Pozitif Varlık Yönetimi A.Ş. for TL 61 million. The combined total from these sales reached TL 120 million.

The bank confirmed the transaction aligns with regulatory principles and reflects accurate records. Turkiye Garanti further stated they ensured all data disclosed is complete and correct.
