Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. Sells Non-Performing Loan Portfolios

Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. has announced the sale of its non-performing loan portfolios. These include various types of receivables such as loans, credit cards, and commercial loans. The bank successfully transferred portfolios with a total principal and contractual interest amount nearing TL 1.51 billion.

The transactions were made to three different asset management companies: Birikim, Sümer, and Gelecek Varlık Yönetim A.Ş. Each was purchased for TL 88 million, TL 88 million, and TL 87 million respectively. This equates to a collective sale price of TL 263 million.

This strategic financial move was conducted in compliance with local regulatory standards. The bank emphasizes the correctness and completeness of the disseminated information, assuring stakeholders of their adherence to official financial reporting rules.
