SIX Exchange Regulation Approves Extension for u-blox's Disclosure Exemption

On April 29, 2026, u-blox, a leader in positioning and short-range communication technologies based in Thalwil, Switzerland, announced that SIX Exchange Regulation has approved their request for an extension of exemption from specific disclosure requirements. This exemption is in connection with a public tender offer by ZI Zenith S.à r.l., affiliated with Advent International.

Originally approved in December 2025, the delisting process for u-blox shares will proceed following a court's final judgment. The exemption covers several obligations, including the publication of the 2025 Annual Report and managing the company calendar, effective until June 30, 2026.

This decision allows u-blox to focus on its transition during the delisting process, maintaining transparency as required by the regulatory framework. Detailed disclosure requirements will resume following the exemption period as demanded by SIX Exchange Regulation.
