Zenith's Tender Offer for u-blox Reaches 64.64% Participation

On October 10, 2025, ZI Zenith S.à r.l., a subsidiary of Advent International, reported a 64.64% participation rate in its tender offer for u-blox Holding AG. The offer period ended on October 9, without changes to the offer price or extension. Approximately 4,774,528 shares were tendered, with an additional 2.35% committed irrevocably. In total, Zenith's shareholding, including concerted parties and commitments, amounts to 4,964,580 shares.

The provisional results were made public by the Swiss Takeover Board and posted online. A conclusive result is anticipated by October 15. The transaction completion is aimed for Q4 2025, contingent on regulatory approvals and conditions.
