BlackRock crosses the 5% threshold at Ubisoft
On October 1, 2025, BlackRock Inc., a US asset management company, reached a significant milestone at Ubisoft Entertainment. Now holding 6.66% of the capital, or 8,829,055 shares, BlackRock also reached 6.02% of the company's voting rights. This milestone was communicated to Ubisoft by mail on October 2.
The increase results from the purchase of shares on and off the market. A portion of the shares is held as collateral. BlackRock has the discretion to exercise voting rights in the absence of a contrary request from its clients.
This position highlights BlackRock's increased interest in Ubisoft, reflecting a consolidation of its strategic investments.
