BlackRock Crosses Thresholds in Ubisoft
Ubisoft Entertainment announced that BlackRock Inc. has lowered its holdings of 5% of its capital and voting rights. On October 16, 2025, BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and funds, held 6,632,261 shares, representing 4.93% of the capital and 4.46% of the voting rights of Ubisoft. This decrease is the result of a sale of shares on the market and a reduction in the number of shares held as collateral.
BlackRock also reported holdings of 175,235 ADRs, 3,512,621 shares through contracts for differences, 79,458 shares through securities lending, and 392,198 shares as collateral.
