UBISOFT ENTERTAINMENT: Crossing the threshold with the Guillemot family concert
The Guillemot family group has exceeded the 20% threshold of voting rights in Ubisoft Entertainment. This increase was declared following the acquisition of shares by Guillemot Brothers Limited. The family group now holds 18,752,849 shares, representing 13.91% of the share capital and 20.26% of the voting rights.
On May 27, 2026, the distribution of shares shows that the family total represents 23.36% of the capital and 28.79% of the votes, including a Hong Kong stake by Tencent Mobility Limited.
The family concert does not aim to take control of the company and plans to support the current strategy, with no intention of changing governance or entering into temporary agreements regarding shares or voting rights.
