Ubisoft publishes its 2024-25 universal registration document
On June 19, 2025, Ubisoft announced the availability of its Universal Registration Document for the 2024-25 fiscal year. This document is available on the Company's website and includes the annual financial report covering the period from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025.
This document allows Ubisoft to transparently share its financial results and strategic activities. The company recorded net revenue of €1.85 billion for the 2024-2025 fiscal year. This release is part of its strategy of open communication with its investors and stakeholders.
