Ubisoft's share price crosses a threshold: Barclays shares fall
On July 1, 2026, Ubisoft Entertainment received threshold crossing notifications from Barclays Capital Securities Limited. Barclays claims to have reduced its stake below the 5% threshold of Ubisoft's share capital on June 25, 2026, holding 4.997% of the capital at that time.
This change resulted from the off-market sale of shares. Barclays Plc, which indirectly controlled some shares, announced it held 5.03% of the share capital. However, on June 26, 2026, Barclays Plc declared that it had indirectly crossed below this threshold, now holding only 4.85% of the share capital.
Changes in ownership also relate to various financial transactions such as CFD contracts and portfolio swaps.
