UMT United Mobility Technology AG is set to rebrand as "WAYDEAR AG", completing its shift towards agent-based AI solutions. An extraordinary general meeting is scheduled for October 21, 2026, in Munich to formalize this name change. This transition aligns with UMT AG's focus on automating document-intensive processes for small and medium-sized enterprises.

The rebranding mirrors a strategic pivot, with two primary products: the Catchflow Agent for EU import processes and UMS Vision AI for logistics. Significant clients, including NORDFROST and EYE Logistics, have adopted these solutions. Projections indicate breaking even by 2026, with a revenue target of 1.2 to 1.5 million euros for 2027.
