Natixis Crosses Thresholds in UNIBAIL-RODAMCO-WESTFIELD SE
On April 30, 2025, Natixis crossed the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of UNIBAIL-RODAMCO-WESTFIELD SE (URW). Natixis now holds 2,609,214 shares, representing 1.82% of the capital and voting rights. Including the shares held by BPCE Assurances and its subsidiaries, the total amounts to 2,717,771 shares or 1.90% of the capital.
This change results from an off-market sale of shares, subject to a trading exemption. The number of shares held, under Article 233-9 of the French Commercial Code, also includes positions via a forward contract that expires in March 2026.
