Uniper SE Updates 2026 Net Income Projections
Uniper SE has revised its 2026 Adjusted Net Income forecast, increasing it by €50 million. The new projection ranges from €550 million to €650 million, up from the previous €500 million to €600 million estimate. The company maintains its Adjusted EBITDA forecast between €1,100 million and €1,300 million.
The adjustment is informed by preliminary, unaudited figures for the first nine months of 2026. Uniper reported an Adjusted EBITDA of €1,024 million, a significant increase from the €641 million recorded in the same period last year. Similarly, Adjusted Net Income rose to €579 million, up from €268 million.
Detailed results from these nine months are expected to be published on November 10, 2026.
