COIL Fortifies Equity With €1.3 Million Capital Increase
COIL, a leader in aluminium anodising, announced a €1.3 million capital increase. This boost, fully subscribed by the company's executive and management teams, supports COIL's recovery plan in a challenging market. This strategic move aims to strengthen the company's equity, ensure business continuity, and stabilize its shareholder base with committed long-term investors.
The reserved capital increase involves 2,600,000 new shares at €0.50 each, enhancing COIL's capital from €7,541,124.87 to €8,841,124.87. This transition increases EMC Surface Technologies Ltd.'s shareholding to 36.9% and introduces Jim Clarke as a significant shareholder with 18.6%.
The transaction reflects confidence in COIL's future, complementing previous cash preservation strategies. Despite shareholder dilution, the completion was managed under existing legal authorizations, emphasizing the company's long-term financial health.
