Update of ABIVAX's share capital and voting rights

On July 17, 2026, ABIVAX announced a revision of the number of shares comprising its share capital and the total number of voting rights. As of June 30, 2026, ABIVAX had 79,817,069 shares. The number of theoretical and exercisable voting rights was 82,164,616. On July 6, 2026, following the issuance of 7,360,000 additional shares, the number of shares increased to 87,177,069. The theoretical and exercisable voting rights thus reached 89,524,616.

This share issue stems from decisions taken at the Board of Directors meeting on June 29, 2026, and authorized by the shareholders' general meeting in May 2026. ABIVAX, specializing in biotechnology, continues to develop innovative treatments.
