UraniumX Discovery Corp. Updates on Pond Technologies Transaction

Vancouver-based UraniumX Discovery Corp. has announced a share exchange agreement with Pond Technologies Holdings Inc. Under the agreement, Pond will acquire UraniumX's subsidiary, which owns the Zoo Bay Uranium Property in Saskatchewan's Athabasca Basin. UraniumX retains a 2.0% net smelter returns royalty. The deal involves 17 million post-consolidation Pond shares, $350,000 in cash, and $4.5 million in exploration spending.

UraniumX CEO, Esen Boldkhuu, emphasized the company's project generator model and concentration of resources on its flagship Murphy Lake Uranium Property. The completion of the transaction hinges on several conditions, including approvals from TSXV and CSE, among others.

The Zoo Bay site spans 19,850 hectares but lacks a defined mineral resource. No finder's fees are associated with the transaction.
