V-ZUG Shareholders Approve All AGM Proposals
At the 6th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of V-ZUG Holding AG in Zug, Switzerland, shareholders approved all proposals from the Board of Directors. This included the re-election of the Chairman and Board members for another term, with some exceptions. Jürg Werner, Petra Rumpf, and Tobias Knechtle did not stand for re-election. Instead, Ivo Wechsler and René Zahnd joined the Board, reducing its size from seven to six members.
Shareholders also approved an ordinary dividend and a tax-free distribution from capital reserves, totaling CHF 0.90 per share. There were 304 attendees, representing 76.5% of the share capital. The meeting covered the 2025 financial report, Sustainability Report, and compensation report. The remuneration for the Board and Executive Committee was also validated.
