Valbiotis: Information on Share Capital and Voting Rights

Valbiotis, a company listed on Euronext Growth Paris, has published its monthly report concerning its share capital and associated voting rights, in accordance with the regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). As of October 31, 2025, Valbiotis had a total of 23,698,234 shares comprising its share capital, and 24,403,232 theoretical voting rights.

Of these rights, 24,357,435 were exercisable after taking into account treasury shares. The company's bylaws require that any crossing of the share ownership thresholds from 5% to 30% be reported to the company within four trading days, under penalty of losing voting rights for the shares concerned.
