VALBIOTIS SA announces its voting rights figures for February 2024
The company VALBIOTIS SA, based in Périgny in France, published on March 6, 2024 its monthly information on the total number of voting rights and shares making up the share capital, in accordance with article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.
This press release, intended to inform investors and the market, indicates that the total number of shares making up the share capital amounts to 15,794,496 as of February 29, 2024. The total number of theoretical voting rights reaches 16,523 302, while the voting rights exercisable number 16,506,925, after adjustment for treasury shares.
Valbiotis also recalls the information obligations relating to threshold crossings, stipulated in its statutes since May 27, 2021, aimed at strengthening transparency towards its shareholders and the financial market in general.
