BlackRock exceeds 5% of voting rights at VALEO
On October 14, 2026, BlackRock Inc. announced that it had crossed the 5% threshold of voting rights in VALEO's share capital. The information was officially received by mail on October 15. BlackRock now holds 13,853,413 shares, representing 5.64% of VALEO's share capital and 5.003% of its voting rights.
This crossing of the threshold resulted from the acquisition of VALEO shares on the unregulated market and an increase in the shares held as collateral. BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and managed funds, thus secures greater influence within the company.
