Valneva: Documents for the General Meeting and Change of Management
On June 4, 2025, vaccine company Valneva announced the availability of preparatory documents for its Combined General Meeting. This meeting will be held on June 25, 2025, in Lyon. On the management side, Valneva announced the departure of Franck Grimaud, co-founder and Chief Business Officer, after 26 years with the company. Thomas Lingelbach, Chief Executive Officer, praised his contribution to the company's development.
