Vanguard Group Discloses Stake in easyJet plc
The Vanguard Group, Inc. has released its Form 8.3 disclosure concerning its interests in easyJet plc. The disclosure, dated August 25, 2026, reveals that Vanguard holds 23,887,280 shares of easyJet, representing a 3.15% stake in the company.
