Vantiva Announces Procedures for Upcoming General Meeting

Vantiva, listed on Euronext Paris as VANTI, has announced the procedures for its Combined Shareholders’ Meeting scheduled on June 30, 2026. This meeting will take place at the Auditorium, 10 Boulevard de Grenelle, Paris, at 2 p.m. The Preliminary Notice of Meeting, detailing the agenda and proposed resolutions, was published on May 25, 2026, in the French Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO). A Convening Notice will follow, appearing at least 15 days before the meeting.

Shareholders can access the information and preparatory documents on the Company’s website. Requests for emailed documents must be submitted by May 29, 2026. A webcast of the Meeting will also be available, barring technical disruptions, and a recorded version will be accessible on the Company’s website for a period defined by legal obligations.
