Vantiva Reports Third Quarter 2026 Sales Decline

Vantiva, a leader in connectivity technology, reported a 7.3% decrease in revenues for the third quarter of 2026 compared to the same period last year, with the revenues totaling 436 million euros. When adjusted for constant exchange rates, the reduction stands at 7.0%. The decline is largely attributed to diminished demand in the Americas, partially counterbalanced by an increase in the Eurasian market.

Broadband revenues saw a significant drop of 15.1% in Q3, reflecting broader regional trends. In contrast, video revenues climbed by 25.2% during the same period. For the first nine months, the overall revenue declined by 12.1% year-on-year.

Despite the challenges, Vantiva maintains its forecast for positive free cash flow in 2026. Management anticipates normalization in the sales mix by the fourth quarter, despite ongoing uncertainties in component pricing and supply chain dynamics.
