Vaudoise Asset Management SA strengthens its Board of Directors
Lausanne, October 7, 2026 – Vaudoise Asset Management SA, a subsidiary of Vaudoise Assurances, is adding two new members to its Board of Directors following its recent acquisition of Procimmo Group SA. This decision aims to consolidate its presence in indirect real estate and to develop its asset management activities for third parties in Switzerland.
Cornel Widmer, former Global Head of Real Estate at Zurich Insurance Group, and Frédéric Traimond, Deputy Managing Director of Groupe Vaudoise, are joining the company's governance. Their respective expertise in real estate investment and risk management will provide strategic support for this expansion.
These appointments are part of a process to strengthen governance and aim to support Vaudoise's growth in the asset management sector.
