Vaudoise Assurances to Record Record Annual Results in 2025

The Vaudoise Group recorded a record profit of CHF 156.3 million for 2025, an increase of 16.7% compared to 2024. This performance is largely due to a significant increase in the non-life business, which generated CHF 126.2 million, marking growth compared to the previous year. The life business, however, experienced a slight decline. Financially, the Group's equity reached a new high, exceeding CHF 2.6 billion.

The company's revenue increased by 5.7%, driven by significant growth in premiums written in the non-life segment. Furthermore, investment returns rose slightly to 2.8%. As a gesture of goodwill towards its customers, Vaudoise will distribute CHF 40 million to non-life policyholders for the 2026-2027 period. An increase in dividends for registered B shares is also proposed.

Furthermore, Vaudoise has entered into an agreement with Procimmo Group SA to strengthen its diversification strategy in property management. The board of directors remains stable, with some re-elections expected at the annual general meeting. The outlook for 2026 indicates continued growth with a focus on underwriting quality and claims management.
