Vente-unique.com announces the repurchase of its own shares
On September 22, 2026, Vente-unique.com, a major player in the Home & Living sector in Europe, announced details of its recent share buybacks. These transactions were carried out in accordance with Article 5 of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).
The transactions took place on three separate dates. On September 14, 7 shares were repurchased at an average price of €16.90. On September 15, 32 shares were acquired at an average price of €16.754688. Finally, on September 18, 10 shares were repurchased at an average price of €16.55.
These transactions took place on the ALXP market. Vente-unique.com also announced that the results for the 2025-2026 fiscal year would be published on November 12, 2026.
