Vente-unique.com announces its share buybacks
On October 20, 2025, Vente-unique.com disclosed details of its share transactions, pursuant to Article 5 of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR). The European online furniture retailer carried out several buybacks during the month of October. On October 13, 8 shares were repurchased at an average price of €15. On October 14 and 16, 15 and 315 shares were acquired at €14.95 and €15.05, respectively. Finally, on October 17, 283 shares were purchased at an average price of €15.10. These transactions took place on the ALXP market.
The group's next financial meeting is scheduled for November 13, 2025, with the announcement of turnover for the 2024-2025 financial year.
