Veolia Environnement: Information on Capital and Voting Rights

On October 31, 2026, Veolia Environnement released detailed information regarding its share capital and voting rights. According to this information, the total number of shares comprising the share capital is 742,496,650. This figure also corresponds to the number of theoretical voting rights associated with these shares.

As regards exercisable voting rights, that is to say the rights which can actually be used at general meetings, their number is 731,998,150. The difference of 10,498,500 rights is explained by the existence of shares held by the company itself, which are not eligible to vote.
