Vega Investment Solutions dépasse 5% du capital de VEOLIA
Le 15 septembre 2025, Vega Investment Solutions a annoncé avoir franchi les seuils de 5% du capital et des droits de vote de VEOLIA ENVIRONNEMENT. Cette déclaration fait suite à une augmentation de capital de VEOLIA, effectuée le 12 septembre 2025. Vega Investment Solutions, agissant pour le FCPE Sequoia Plus, détient désormais 41 923 250 actions, représentant 5,65% du capital et des droits de vote de la société.
Vega Investment Solutions opère de manière indépendante malgré son contrôle par le Groupe BPCE. Cette acquisition marque une étape importante pour la société, renforçant sa participation au sein de VEOLIA.
