Veolia announces the terms of the AGM on April 23, 2026

Veolia Environnement will hold its combined ordinary and extraordinary general meeting on April 23, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at 30 rue Madeleine Vionnet, Aubervilliers. Shareholders may vote remotely, by mail or online via the secure Votaccess platform. They may also delegate their vote to the Chairman or another person.

Shareholders may submit written questions to a dedicated email address until the date of the meeting. The event will be broadcast live and available for later viewing on the Veolia website. The agenda and resolutions to be voted on are published in the Official Gazette.
