Veolia Board Proposes Renewal of Key Leadership Positions
The Board of Directors of Veolia has announced plans to renew the terms of Antoine Frérot and Estelle Brachlianoff as directors. This decision, made on November 5th, 2025, follows a recommendation from the nominations committee. The proposal will be presented at the general assembly on April 23rd, 2026.
