Half-yearly review of Verallia's liquidity contract

Verallia has published the half-yearly results of its liquidity contract for the first half of 2025. In accordance with the decision of the Financial Markets Authority No. 2021-01, this contract, established with Rothschild Martin Maurel, has been in effect since January 2020. As of June 30, 2025, the liquidity account did not contain any securities but recorded €4,685,256.

During the period from January 1 to February 4, 2025, 2,127 buy transactions were made, compared to 2,372 sell transactions. The trading volumes reached 268,962 shares for €6,627,630.96 for buy transactions and 297,462 shares for €7,385,307.60 for sell transactions.

At the start of the contract, the allocated resources were 2,500,000 euros, increased to 5,000,000 euros in March 2024. As of December 31, 2024, the liquidity account contained 28,500 securities and 3,927,579 euros.
