JP Morgan Crosses Thresholds in VERALLIA
On August 7, 2025, VERALLIA was informed by JP Morgan Chase & Co that it had fallen below the 5% share capital and voting rights thresholds. This occurred on July 31, 2025. JP Morgan now holds 380,441 shares, representing 0.31% of the share capital and 0.27% of the voting rights.
This reduction is the result of an off-market share sale. A trading exemption applies to JP Morgan SE. In addition, JP Morgan Securities plc also crossed these thresholds individually. The company controls 8,111 shares through recall rights and 363,815 shares through equity swaps.
These transactions allow JP Morgan to readjust its positions in VERALLIA, while maintaining its capacity to act through various financial contracts.
