VERGNET: Postponement of the publication of the 2023 annual accounts
The Vergnet group, listed on Euronext Growth, announced the postponement of the publication of its annual accounts for 2023 as well as its annual financial report. This postponement is due to a delay in closing the accounts of one of its subsidiaries, causing delays in the process of consolidating the group's accounts.
Initially planned for publication within the regulatory deadlines, this financial information will now be disclosed during May 2024. The group will inform the market of the new publication date as soon as it is determined.
