VIB Vermögen AG and Tristan Capital Partners Form Logistics Real Estate JV
VIB Vermögen AG has announced a joint venture with a fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners to develop logistics real estate projects throughout Germany. VIB will manage acquisition, leasing, development, and asset management, aiming to build a large-scale portfolio with high-yield growth potential.
The first site has been acquired in Baunatal, where a 20,000 sqm logistics facility is planned. Construction is expected to begin by the end of 2026. This partnership combines complementary expertise to leverage a scalable market environment.
Tristan Capital Partners specializes in European real estate investments and manages a core-plus fund through which this joint venture is executed.
