VIB Vermögen AG Expands with Branicks Group AG Takeover
VIB Vermögen AG has announced an agreement to acquire the institutional business of Branicks Group AG. The deal involves a transfer valued at approximately EUR 360 million. This move is part of VIB's strategy to enhance its 'Institutional Business' division. The expansion will include managing and structuring funds, club deals, and mandates for institutional investors across all market cycles.
The transaction is pending formal closing conditions. Upon completion, all claims from a loan granted by VIB to Branicks in July 2023 will be offset. VIB Vermögen AG is headquartered in Neuburg a. d. Donau, Germany.
