VIB Vermögen AG Secures Full Occupancy for GreenBiz Park Erding
VIB Vermögen AG has announced the complete leasing of its GreenBiz Park in Erding, Germany. The final plot has been leased to a hotel operator, adding to previous agreements with an IT service provider and hotel operators. Together, these developments will cover significant office, hotel, and industrial spaces. Construction for the new projects is slated to start in early 2027, with overall completion expected by 2028.
The site, encompassing 215,000 square meters, aims to achieve German Sustainable Building Council's Gold certification. Located near major motorways and Munich Airport, GreenBiz Park offers strategic accessibility for future tenants. VIB Vermögen AG’s achievement in fully leasing the space underscores the project's potential amid economic challenges.
