Vietnam Airlines Wins World's Best Culinary Airline Award

Vietnam Airlines has been awarded the World's Best Culinary Airline 2026 title, becoming the first Asian airline to receive this accolade at the World Culinary Awards. This recognition highlights the airline's efforts to enhance its inflight dining as part of its five-star objective by 2030.

Celebrated by the World Travel Awards' culinary branch, the airline stands out due to its focus on traditional Vietnamese cuisine, and the integration of local ingredients. Menus feature iconic dishes like Pho and Banh Mi, which are adjusted for the altitude taste experience.

The airline uses significant amounts of local produce, supporting regional agricultural sectors, which also helps in sharing Vietnam's cultural stories with passengers. Executive Vice President Dang Anh Tuan emphasized the international appeal of Vietnamese cuisine and its role in connecting travelers to Vietnam's cultural identity.
