Villeroy & Boch AG Q1 2026: Revenue Decline Amidst Weak Consumer Sentiment
Villeroy & Boch AG experienced a 13.7% revenue decline in Q1 2026, with figures dropping from EUR 369.1 million in Q1 2025 to EUR 318.7 million. This decrease follows the disposal of its northern European business operations under the Gustavsberg and Vatette brands. Adjusted for divestitures and currency effects, the revenue decline stands at 8.3%.
The operating EBIT for the quarter was EUR 17.2 million, down from EUR 24.1 million in the previous year. These results reflect the ongoing challenges presented by weak consumer sentiment across markets. In light of these figures, Quirin Privatbank maintains its 'Buy' recommendation with a target price set at EUR 30.50.
