VINCI Construction Secures €210 Million Contract for New Reims Hospital Project
VINCI Construction has been awarded a €210 million contract by the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire (CHU) de Reims to build the second building in the New Reims Hospital complex. Allocated €157 million of the total, VINCI is tasked with constructing a 58,000 m², seven-floor facility. It will house 498 beds, advanced medical areas, and support spaces named after Madeleine Brès, France's first female medical graduate.
The project aims to enhance healthcare through modern equipment and improved services for both out-patients and in-patients. This initiative is designed to maintain the existing hospital's function throughout the 45-month construction period, ensuring seamless integration with adjacent facilities.
This contract reinforces VINCI's status within healthcare infrastructure, complementing its projects across France, including major hospital constructions in Paris, Nantes, and Lens.
