Cofiroute issues €500 million in bonds
Cofiroute, a subsidiary of the VINCI Group, has successfully completed a €500 million bond issue. The bond matures in February 2033, with an annual coupon of 3.875%. The issue attracted significant market interest, being oversubscribed 2.6 times, reflecting confidence in Cofiroute's creditworthiness, rated A- by Standard & Poor's.
This transaction is part of the company's EMTN program and aims to extend the average maturity of its debt. It was executed under favorable market conditions. The global coordinators of the transaction were Crédit Agricole CIB and HSBC, supported by IMI-Intesa Sanpaolo, ING, JP Morgan, SMBC, and UniCredit.
