Declaration of VINCI Shares and Voting Rights as of June 30, 2026

As of June 30, 2026, VINCI published a statement regarding the number of shares comprising its share capital and the total number of voting rights. This statement specifies that the share capital consists of 585,891,697 ordinary shares. This total number of shares also corresponds to the theoretical number of voting rights, including treasury shares.

However, taking into account treasury shares which are deprived of voting rights, the number of voting rights amounts to 554,142,834. This information, in accordance with Articles L. 233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation, is available on VINCI's website.
