VINCI reports its transactions in its own shares for April 30, 2026
On May 7, 2026, VINCI published the declaration of its own share transactions as of April 30, 2026. These actions are carried out in accordance with the authorization granted by the General Meeting of April 14, 2026, allowing buybacks framed by European regulations.
During the day, VINCI acquired a total of 150,000 of its own shares. The transactions took place on several markets with varying quantities: 88,000 shares on XPAR, 50,000 on CEUX, 5,000 on TQEX, and 7,000 on AQEU. The weighted average purchase price was €127.1757 per share.
