VINCI finalizes the acquisition of Fletcher Construction in New Zealand
VINCI Construction has announced the completion of its acquisition of Fletcher Construction, a subsidiary of the New Zealand-based Fletcher Building Group. The initial announcement was made on January 20, 2026. With annual revenues of approximately €630 million and a workforce of 2,300 employees, Fletcher Construction is a major player in New Zealand in the hydraulic, maritime, and rail sectors.
This acquisition strengthens VINCI's presence in New Zealand, where the company has already generated more than 830 million euros in revenue by 2025. With this operation, VINCI aims to become a key player in the New Zealand infrastructure market, a market described as very dynamic.
