VINCI: Transactions in own shares
VINCI SA has announced its transactions in treasury shares carried out between December 8 and 12, 2025. These transactions take place within the framework of the authorization granted by the General Meeting of April 17, 2025. The company acquired a total of 386,808 shares on several financial markets, including XPAR, CEUX and TQEX.
The average daily purchase price was €119.3107. December 10th was the most active day, with 73,250 shares purchased on the XPAR market at an average price of €117.9977.
